Space to Create or "a moment"

Often in life we feel crunched, like the walls are closing in and soon we will be compacted and crushed by our hurts and fears, daily stress, bad memories, regrets, demands, and questions.

Some people live in a constant state of crunch. Sometimes we are so used to feeling crunched that it feels normal. And while it seems that something else might be available, we can't quite see what it is, can't quite reach it. We settle for where we are, because we can't see ourselves being anywhere else.

There is an answer, tools we can use to make room to breath and look around. Often when people are trapped in cars after an accident, the rescuers use the jaws of life. Well, there are tools just like the jaws of life, to free us from the steel cage we find ourselves trapped in.

We can rarely be or go as our will and hearts desire would want because we are tethered to the walls we have created. And while the act itself of tethering is not so difficult we can't reach it, see it, hear it, because of all the noice created by the sound and fury of the crunch.

The trick is to silence the crunch, even for just a minute. This is called creating space. In a minute, you can make a choice, that will forever change your life and the lives of all around you. When you have space to choose, you will chase after your heart's desire as if it were second nature. Until you create space, you will remain crunched.
When we have space to create we naturally create and carry out our heart's desire. We don't have to think about it. It is the reward, of all the effort, of creating the space to create.

So now find a way, to create space. All it takes is a moment. Chase it down, is if it was the most important thing you have ever had to do.
