Last night we had our 2005 Fantasy Football Draft. It's fun having 10 people of different backgrounds and experience levels all working towards the same goal. At the end of the night, everyone feels like they have accomplished a big goal individually and as a group.

I love small groups and the dynamics created. I think the key to it being such a positive experience is the group intention. Being on the same page. Everyone is comfortable to be themselves as long as they know they are contributing to something bigger than them.

As for the draft, this is the first time I have actually drafted a team I like.
