Long and very pleasant day on the beach. Hot sun, crowds of ultimate players, physically and mentally demanding. My team is all girls, young, small, and totaly spring breaking college freshwomen. I had an excellent day overall, accounting for a majority of our scoring.

I was considering in the back of my mind what it means to be courage and contribution all day. I didn't see any obvious opportunities. I think it's really created by making up "games" that we can play.

And sometimes opportunities come up and I'm not sure what to do.

I have more to say about this, but I'm stll thinking it through. Too jumbly for a web journal at the moment.
