That even though I didn't feel like blogging, I had a commitment to blog every day. How easy is it to abandon commitments when they are inconvenient. Or when things are hard, or when all the necessary resources aren't available. Too easy to end up stopped.

I had 4 cookies tonight, yum. I like to eat. Soon I may end up fat because of it. Unless I create something else. Err

I don't feel expressive at the moment, like its all bogged up in my head. That's temporary.

And...I forgot my coaching call for Landmark tonight. Only reason that bothers me, is I said I would be on it.
